Darya Efrat

Darya Efrat is a multidisciplinary artist exploring the space between visual art, circus, performance art, and installation in the public sphere. Originally from Jerusalem, she graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and Anthropology from Columbia University in New York. She then continued her studies in circus, dance, and theater in Israel (2017) and Portugal (2019), and completed her MFA in Choreography with a focus on New Performance Practices at the Stockholm University of the Arts (2023). She currently lives and creates in Jerusalem, and her work has been presented across Europe, the United States, Brazil, Morocco, and Israel.
