1. Who we are
The Bamat Hutzot Association (registered non-profit 580606598), which operates mystorin.com and Mystorin Theatre, is the owner of the database. This policy explains what information we collect about you, why, who we share it with, and how you can review, correct or delete it.
Providing information is voluntary unless another legal obligation applies. You are not obliged to provide information, but without it we cannot issue a personalised ticket.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: full name, email address, phone number, order details (performance, date, number of tickets) and the content of enquiries you send us.
- Payment details: provided directly to the payment processor and not stored in our systems.
- Browsing information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached the site, and advertising identifiers.
3. Why we use it
- Issuing personalised tickets, sending purchase confirmations and pre-show reminders, and providing customer service.
- Meeting legal obligations, including tax and accounting duties.
- Operating and securing the site and improving the browsing experience.
- Marketing and advertising: sending news of upcoming performances to those who opted in, measuring the performance of our campaigns, and tailoring the advertisements shown to you on advertising platforms — including avoiding showing an advertisement to someone who has already bought a ticket.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell customer information and will not do so. We share information only with the providers who help us deliver the service, and only to the extent required:
- Yaad Sarig Ltd. (Yaad Pay) — payment processing.
- Airtable Inc. — customer relationship management (CRM).
- Hosting, email and messaging providers — including uPress, Resend and Texter, for hosting the site and sending confirmations, reminders and newsletters.
- Advertising and measurement platforms — Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). For marketing purposes we may share your contact details, such as an email address or phone number, after one-way encryption (hashing), in order to show you relevant advertisements, build similar audiences, or avoid advertising to someone who has already purchased. These platforms are required to use that information for this purpose only.
Information may also be disclosed to a competent authority where required by law or court order.
5. How to opt out of marketing use
You may ask at any time that your information not be used for marketing, without affecting tickets you have already purchased or the service you receive:
- Email the Association’s service address asking to be removed from marketing.
- The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.
- Your own advertising settings at the platforms — Google My Ad Center and Meta’s ad settings.
6. How long we keep it
Purchase information is kept for up to seven years, as required for tax purposes, and is then deleted or anonymised. Information held for marketing is deleted when an opt-out request is received.
7. Your rights
Every person may review the information collected about them and request its correction or deletion under Section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law. Requests should be sent to the Association’s service address and will be answered within 30 days.
8. Information security
The Association takes reasonable measures to protect the information, including an encrypted connection to the site and limiting access to staff who need it. These measures cannot guarantee absolute immunity, and the Association is not liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
9. Minors
There is no intention to collect information about minors (under 18). Any such information collected by mistake will be deleted.
10. Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies, including pixels and the Conversions API, for the proper functioning of the site, for traffic analysis and for tailoring content and advertising. You may block or delete them at any time through your browser settings.
11. Changes to this policy
The Association may update this policy. Publication of the updated text on the site constitutes sufficient notice.
