Introduction

The website of the Bamat Hutzot Association (registered non-profit no. 580606598), operating at www.mystorin.com, serves as an information and sales site for purchasing tickets to events, performances and educational-cultural projects. The Association is dedicated to promoting culture, education and community through the performing arts.

Purchase

Purchases on the site are made by credit card only. The transaction is completed after approval by the credit card company, through the payment processor Yaad Sarig Ltd. (Yaad Pay). After the purchase, a confirmation message is sent to the customer by email. The ticket price includes VAT.

Returns and Cancellations

A transaction may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event by a written request to [email protected] or by WhatsApp/phone to the Association. A cancellation is approved only after written confirmation from the Association. Refunds are made less a cancellation fee of 5%. Cancellation is not possible after this time. Tickets purchased from an external source other than the site cannot be refunded.

Delivery of the Product

The purchase confirmation and the tickets are sent to the email address the customer provided at purchase, within 24 hours of completing the transaction. The Association is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, security events, strikes or malfunctions beyond its control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Israeli law only. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the districts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Jerusalem, Haifa and Be’er Sheva.
